Inn On The Rim, charming two-story with spectacular views overlooking the Frio River. Sleeps 12, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. $300 peak season, $250 during off-season excluding holidays. Reservations available now.

- All cabins have a satellite television connection with DVD player.
- All cabins are heated and air-conditioned. The kitchens have stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee makers, toasters, silverware, dishes and cooking utensils.
- For the convenience of our guests firewood will be available for for $5/bundle. Tubes may be rented for $5/day. A deposit of $8/tube is required. Ice is also available on site.
- An off-site conference room with catering is available..
- 17 RV sites are available for $35/night. Guests staying a minimum of 6 nights will receive an additional night at no charge. RV sites may be rented during the off season on a monthly basis for $330 per month. Bath houses for RV sites are not available.
- Group rates are available for the off-season. A 10% discount will be given to groups who reserve 5 cabins or more during the off-season in addition to the off-season rates.

The Rims are getting a facelift!
New rock patios complete with outdoor fireplaces, new fencing along the rim and central air and heat are being added to Rim 1,2,3 and 4. Effective immediately, off season rates are $160/night and peak season rates are $210/night. The rates for 2009 will remain the same for those guests who confirmed their reservations before November 1. Sleep 8 : Cabins on bluff overlooking the Frio River. Open concept room arrangement, kitchen, living area, bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, additional sink outside bath area. Queen size bed, full size bunk bed, futon in living area. Picnic table, barbecue pit, fire ring, horseshoe area.
COTTAGE 1 and 2: Sleeps 4: Peak Season--$150 Off Season--$100. Off Season rental by month--$800. Open kitchen and bedroom area, separate bath with sink, shower, toilet Two full size beds. Picnic table, barbecue pit, fire ring horseshoe area.

Bath with shower/tub combination and second bath with shower. Patio with outdoor fireplace, barbecue pit, fire ring and horseshoe area.
GROVE 1 Sleeps 8 - $225: Two bedrooms/one bath. Identical to Grove 2 but with only one bath, shower/tub combination.
The Loft Sleeps 6: Peak Season--$170. Off Season--$130. Living area with kitchen, living area, bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Two Queen size beds & futon in living area. Picnic table, barbecue pit, fire ring.
