  • Reservations may now be made for 2010 and 2011.
     
  • Registered guests must cancel 7 days prior to arrival or they will be charged for the number of days reserved.
     
  • River Rim Resort is open year round.  Inquiries may be made on the internet but reservations will only be taken by phone or in person and must be secured by a credit card.
     
  • Seasonal rates will be in effect from May 15-Labor Day. One night's deposit must be guaranteed by credit card at the time reservations are made for up to 5 nights - Two night deposit for 6 or more nights.The remainder of the balance must be paid upon arrival.  During the season, guests must book for a minimum of 3 nights.
     
  • No refunds will be returned to the guest for any reason once a cabin or RV site has been booked and a deposit has been paid.
     
  • River Rim Resort has a family oriented atmosphere.  Therefore, the person making the reservations must be at least 21 years of age.  A responsible adult must accompany young people staying at the resort.  Profanity and illegal activities such as drugs and underage drinking are prohibited.
     
  • No refunds will be given for weather conditions or if a guest does not stay the entire time for which the reservations were made.
     
  • Linens are not provided during the peak season.  Guests should review the type of beds in each cabin and bring the appropriate size sheets and pillowcases as well as towels.
     
  • Two night minimums are preferred during the off-season. Reservations may be made for one night during the off-season.  Linens will be provided upon request during the off-season for an additional charge.
     
  • All cabins are non-smoking facilities. A fee of $150 will be charged is someone smokes inside a cabin.
     
  • Each cabin or RV site has parking for two vehicles.  Parking for additional vehicles is available at designated areas in the resort.
     
  • Cabins must be left clean and in good order upon check-out.  All guests are responsible for depositing garbage in the proper outdoor receptacles.  A $50 charge will made if cabins are left excessively dirty.  Guests will be charged for any damage to the cabins or property belonging to River Rim Resort.
     
  • Indoor fireplaces can only be used from October through March. The indoor fireplace at the Inn is not a working fireplace.
     
  • Dogs must be on a leash and must be accompanied by owners at all times for the safety of our guests.  If not, owners may be asked to leave.  Refunds will not be given under these circumstances.
  • Please be considerate of other guests so that everyone's stay will be enjoyable. 
     
  • Music must be turned off from 10:00 p.m to 8:00 AM
     
  • Fireworks and firearms are not permitted.
     
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
     
  • Guests may drive only to the designated turn around for loading and unloading on the road to the river and then must return their vehicle to their cabin or RV. Only golf carts and utility vehicles may drive to the designated river parking area. No vehicle may be driven in the river.
     
  • Glass is not permitted in or near the river.  Diving is not permitted on the river.
     
  • Guests may bring golf carts for use on the resort grounds for a $25 fee.
     
  • Hunters with ATVs on trailers will not be charged.  However, if ATVs are taken off trailers then a fee of $25 will be charged for each ATV.
  • All guests must obtain a pass from the office to use the swimming pool. Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult. No diving is allowed. Pool rules and hours will be strictly enforced. The Spring entertainment complex is available for rental.
     
  • The management of River Rim Resort reserves the right to refuse admittance or require departure if policies are not observed by all guests.
